We are currently looking for a Frontend Lead-Senior.Requirements:Proficiency in: ReactJS, Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Storybook, and AWS services including CloudFront.Over 8 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining commercial production systems.Previous experience in Agile methodologies, ideally utilizing SAFe, within a DevOps framework, CI/CD.Experience collaborating in highly distributed teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong system-level understanding with a problem-solving and analytical mindset.Senior-level expertise including prior experience leading Scrum teams, potentially in a dual role as Scrum Master.Methodologies and Practices:Prior experience working in Agile, ideally using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), in a DevOps structure.Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).Experience working in highly distributed teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead a scrum team, potentially assuming a dual role as a scrum master.Good system-level understanding.Strong problem-solving skills.Analytical mindset.Location will be Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid, with 2 days at the office.What do we offer?An innovative and growing company, with many opportunities for professional development.Retribution according to your experience and performance.Access to flexible pay and medical insurance as a social benefit.Unlimited access to technological training in free mode.IRIUM is a company with dynamic and proactive professionals.
