The project will be developed from scratch with .NET Core 7, Sql server, and Razor .
Main requirements Required Competences: +5 years of participation in custom development projects is mandatory. Previous experience with frontend development, with at least 1 year of experience in developing frontend systems (from scratch) using Blazor / Razor. Experience in Bootstrap (valued).  Experience in HTML / CSS / Javascript. Ease of relationship and communication with different stakeholders. Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks. Nice to have Preferred Competencies: Previous experience following Agile methodologies Experience in Azure DevOps : Boards, Repos (Git), Pipelines e Artifacts (nice to have).
