During your-- day:- You'll provide assistance via phone/email/chat and handle customer queries- You will guide the customers through the webshop- You'll ensure that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained- You'll transfer queries to the corresponding department- You'll keep a record in the computer system (orders, complaints, or queries)- You'll be performing complementary administrative tasksWho are we looking for?
