A great opportunity to join as a Front Office Manager at a Luxury 5 Star Hotel in Merano, Italy.Requirements:Professional experience: Consolidated experience of several years in positions of responsibility in the front office of luxury properties.Education: Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or similar. Specific certifications in the hotel sector will be considered a plus.Management skills: Excellent organizational and people management skills, including management of the reception team, drivers, and company vehicle fleet.Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of front office operations and company vehicle management.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Customer Orientation: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience.IT skills: Familiarity with management software for hotels and front offices. Experience with ASA management software will be considered an advantage.Leadership: Ability to motivate and train staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the facility.Main responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all front office operations.Supervision and training of day and night reception staff and drivers.Management of the company fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficiency and maintenance.Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to promote the facility's services.Monitor market trends and implement new technologies and services.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
