Our opportunity: We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our luxe getaway for international travelers! What will be your main responsibilities and duties: Always offer professional and engaging service; Assist in overseeing the at the Front Office and Guest Services - conduct interviews, departmental trainings, and provide hands-on support; Ensure communication between pertinent departments is seamless regarding any special needs with guests; Assist in conducting performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed; Coordinate arrivals, departures for guests; Work with internal departments regarding billing; Block rooms for arrivals to ensure proper handling of special attention guest, return guest, and groups; Assure that all financial and credit procedures are followed. Follow up on credit problems with the Financial Manager; Follow-up with guest requests; Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of hotel guests; Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation; Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Minimum Requirements: College education or equivalent experience; One to three years experience in a rooms division management; Excellent communicationand organization skills; Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure; Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office products, Opera, Salesforce, and other programs as needed; The candidate must holdthe required authorization to work in a European country; Reading, writing, and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
