Front Desk & Mail Management Assistant - Roles and Responsibilities
1. Mail Management:

Develop and uphold an organized system for handling both PA Clients and Mail Management subscription clients' packages efficiently.
Alert Mail Management subscription clients promptly upon the arrival of packages.
Assist Mail Management subscription clients with straightforward customs procedures (limited to one hour per month per client).
Arrange for the delivery of packages using Uber or another courier service.
Manage the receipt and storage of incoming packages accurately and promptly.

2. Office Management Support:

Greet and assist clients visiting the office.
Inform the Office Manager about office supplies that need replenishing.
Care for office plants.
Ensure the office is consistently tidy and well-organized.
Keep an updated inventory of all office equipment.
Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to enhance office operations.

3. Personal Assistant Support:

Assist with research and basic tasks delegated by the team's Personal Assistants.
Notify Personal Assistants about client visits to ensure smooth reception.
Assist with office-based tasks as needed.
Help Personal Assistants with the delivery of packages to clients using Uber or another courier service.

This is a starter role than will grow to a full time position.
