Where will you work?
Our client is a leading multinational delivering Customer Experience solutions in Lisbon.
What will you do?
You will be the first point of contact for customers.
You will be handling incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
You will be advising customers on our client's product portfolio.
You will identify customer inquiries and escalate them to the specialist team in Customer Service.
Who are we looking for?
You're the person we're looking for if:
You speak fluently German (C1 level) and English (at least B1).
You have strong communication skills.
You're customer-oriented and driven to finding solutions.
You're flexible to work 2 Saturdays a month.
You have experience in Customer Service/Front Office/Back Office (it will be a plus).
