Where will you work?
Our client is a leading multinational delivering Customer Experience solutions in Lisbon.

What will you do?
In your day-to-day:

- You will be the first point of contact for customers
- You will be handling incoming inquiries via phone, chat and email
- You will be advising customers on our client's product portfolio
- You will identify customer inquiries and escalate them to the specialist team in Customer Service

Who are we looking for?
You're the person we're looking for if:

- You speak fluently German (C1 level) and English (at least B1)
- You have strong communication skills
- You're customer-oriented and driven to finding solutions
- You're flexible to work 2 Saturdays a month
- You have experience in Customer Service/Front Office/Back Office (it will be a plus)
