At NBS Lisbon, we're looking for a dedicated Client Engagement Support - Veterinary Assistant to join our dynamic, multicultural team! Engage with customers via phone and written channels, responding to inquiries accurately and promptly Provide expert advice on pet nutrition, dietary restrictions and behavior, offering suggestions that improve pets well-being Follow up with customers to ensure resolutions and satisfaction, while handling sensitive issues according to specific guidelines Inform customers about new products, functionalities and campaigns Gather consumer feedback, contribute to FAQs and build knowledge-based documents Collaborate with stakeholders, offering insights on health and nutrition to support business decisions Ensure that consumer complaints are handled in line with Nestlé's standards Redirect inquiries to appropriate teams when necessary Requirements Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science or a related field Experience as a Veterinary Technician, Assistant or in Customer Relations Knowledge of pet nutrition and behavior Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote, flexible environment A strong attention to detail and a passion for learning new technologies Schedule: Monday to Saturday (08h00 to 09h00pm - 8H) Offer Base salary: 1300€/perm month (14x months) Meal Allowance: 6,40€/per day (meal card) Language Bonus: 200€/month (12x months) Access to wellbeing activities and professional development opportunities Flex benefits and discounts through the Nestlé Club Medical support available at the office A company laptop and other equipment tailored to your professional needs Career progression with opportunities for international growth Direct contract with the client.
