Are you passionate about animal health and nutrition? Do you excel in providing exceptional customer support while working remotely? At NBS Lisbon, we're looking for a dedicated Client Engagement Support - Veterinary Assistant to join our dynamic, multicultural team!
What You'll Do:
Engage with customers via phone and written channels, responding to inquiries accurately and promptly.
Provide expert advice on pet nutrition, dietary restrictions, and behavior, offering suggestions that improve pets' well-being.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolutions and satisfaction while handling sensitive issues according to specific guidelines.
Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns.
Gather consumer feedback, contribute to FAQs, and build knowledge-based documents.
Collaborate with stakeholders, offering insights on health and nutrition to support business decisions.
Ensure that consumer complaints are handled in line with Nestlé's standards.
Redirect inquiries to appropriate teams when necessary.
What Will Make You Successful:
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience as a Veterinary Technician, Assistant, or in Customer Relations.
Knowledge of pet nutrition and behavior.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote, flexible environment.
A strong attention to detail and a passion for learning new technologies.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (08h00 to 09h00pm - 8H)
What We Offer:
Base salary: 1300€/perm month (14x months).
Meal Allowance: 6,40€/per day (meal card).
Language Bonus: 200€/month (12x months).
