French Tourism Customer Advisor - Work From Home - Portugal

Our client is looking for amazing professional French speakers to join their team supporting clients of a well known Tourism brand.
You will be able to work from home but based in Portugal.
Candidates from abroad can relocate and work from home in the center or south of the country!
Tasks Assist customers with their travel plans, bookings, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide detailed information about destinations, accommodations, tours, and travel services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests with professionalism.
Stay updated on tourism trends and company services to deliver accurate information.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Requirements Fluent in French (written and spoken) and good command of English.
Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and booking platforms is advantageous.
A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for travel.
