What you'll be doing?
Provide support to users, addressing any issue or inquiry, via chat, email, phone and social media;
Ability to identify, research and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
Contribute in an active way to increase product insight and knowledge content;
Provide proactive post-sales support for customers;
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
Fluency in French (C2 Level or Native);
Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
Troubleshooting aptitude;
Good listening and empathy skills;
Good time management skills;
Team spirit and flexibility;
EU ID / Passport or Residency card.
