French Speaking Technical Support - Tier 3 Location: Porto, Portugal (Remote in Portugal but training onsite the first 2 weeks in Porto)
Salary: €1500 per month * 14 salaries + €120 a month variable bonus + €25 monthly teleworking bonus
Job Summary:
Our client is recruiting on behalf of a leading Software company for a French Speaking Tech Support – Tier 3.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 3 technical support to clients in French.
Utilize MySQL knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Native or near-native level French proficiency.
Knowledge of MySQL is essential; experience is preferred.
