Workster partners with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Lisbon office.Your RoleLeads and develops the project plans for medium and large projectsCan oversee multiple large to XL size projects with guidance from the project leadResponsible for satisfying customer expectations on product quality functionality and timely deliveryProvides and implements recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional areaReceives some supervision and has some latitude on achieving objectives related to a specific program task, project or initiativeRegular and proactive customer communications to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily.Participates in organizational initiatives as requiredResponsible to provide customer reporting and project reporting.Executive customer interface and reportingAbility to coach and mentor less tenured PMsParticipate and oversee that all project relevant governance meetings are held within contract frameworkYour QualificationsExcellent knowledge of English (C1) and native FrenchBachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent in related fieldPower Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft TeamsMinimum 7 years overall experience2+ years experience as project manager for US/European telecom4+ years experience as project manager in another domainProfessional certificationsITIL V4 Foundations or equivalent.Prince2, CSM, Master's in project management, PMP, or equivalentSkills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong and proactive communication skills, both verbal and written.Primary customer interface, direct interaction with the customer.
