As a Customer Travel Advisor, you will represent the world's leading online marketplace for travel accommodation and experiences. You will receive incoming queries from users via phone and email where you will answer their queries on accommodation, prices, completing/amending reservations, queries regarding reviews, etc. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleExperience in the hospitality/travel industry desiredAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and develop The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Porto until you are successful!
