We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Responsibilities:

Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch support and assistance.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.
Stay up-to-date with client's products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure quick resolution.

Requirements:

Native or near-native fluency in French and proficiency in English.
EU ID or Portuguese Residence card.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
