As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional support across various digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Assist clients with troubleshooting and technical support related to digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
Requirements: Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital advertising or familiarity with online marketing platforms is a plus.
