Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Rotational Shifts (07:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
Days Off: Sunday and 1 Rotational Day
Working Model: Hybrid (Combination of Remote and On-site)
Type of Contract: Permanent Contract (3 months trial period)
Monthly Gross Salary: 830 per 14 months
Allowances:
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day (1908,72 per annum)Transport Allowance: 20 per month (240 per annum)
Position Bonus for Braga: 20 per 12 months
Performance Bonus: 170 per 12 months

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our dynamic team in Braga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and providing exceptional support across various digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.Assist clients with troubleshooting and technical support related to digital advertising campaigns.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
Requirements:
Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital advertising or familiarity with online marketing platforms is a plus.Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
