Your Role As a French-speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll:
Handle inbound calls, supporting customers during the after-sales process by resolving inquiries and providing technical assistance.Identify and resolve customer complaints, ensuring their issues are addressed effectively.Provide accurate, complete, and timely responses using appropriate tools and techniques.Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer journey and maintain high service standards. Language Skills: Native-level French with fluent English (B2 level).Communication Expertise: Strong formal speech and excellent writing abilities.Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving issues with attention to detail.Technical Know-How: Comfortable using customer support tools and software.
