We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. There are options of working onsite or working from your home in Braga. Responsibilities: Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch support and assistance. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality. Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure quick resolution.
