We are urgently hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch service for a renowned beauty brand. You'll be helping customers with their inquiries and making sure they have an outstanding experience.

Your Role:

Answer questions about beauty products, offering expert advice and recommendations.
Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
C2-level French (spoken and written)
B2-level English
Experience is not required (but is preferred)
Must already reside in Portugal (between Coimbra and Algarve)
EU citizenship or a residence permit for Portugal
