Start: 28th August Tasks: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with all their queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices. Deliver high-quality service to ensure a superior customer experience. Follow up on customer queries until they are fully resolved, and meet commitments within agreed deadlines. Interact with various departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
