We are seeking a committed Remote Customer Service Agent fluent in French to join our team. This opportunity is open exclusively to those residing in Portugal, allowing you to work from home while contributing to our international operations. Position Summary: As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will act as the primary contact for our French-speaking customers around the world. Your role will involve providing high-quality support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and proficiency in both French and English. While prior customer service experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. We offer comprehensive training to ensure you succeed in this role. We value enthusiasm and dedication and are committed to fostering your professional growth and career advancement. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information, striving for effective solutions. Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Feedback Management: Collect and communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to relevant teams to improve service quality. Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure smooth and effective customer support. Ongoing Training: Participate in continuous training to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry trends. Requirements: Language Skills: Proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is essential, along with strong English language skills. Location: Must be based in Portugal. Although this role is remote, residing in Portugal is necessary for operational and legal reasons. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Customer Service Orientation: A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and helping others. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues independently. Technical Competence: Familiarity with various computer systems, customer management software, and digital communication tools. Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory. Full training will be provided
