Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is essential, along with strong English language skills.
Location: Must be based in Portugal. Although this role is remote, residing in Portugal is necessary for operational and legal reasons.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and helping others.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues independently.
