French Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Portugal) As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers worldwide. Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and useful information to customers.
Feedback Management: Collect and communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to relevant teams to help improve service quality.

Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required, along with a strong command of English.
Location Requirement: Must reside in Portugal. Although the position is remote, being based in Portugal is necessary for operational and legal reasons.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey information clearly and effectively.
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting others.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently analyze and resolve customer issues.
Technical Competence: Proficient in using various computer systems, customer management software, and online communication tools.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
