Job Description: Position Summary: As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the initial point of contact for our esteemed French-speaking clients. Your main duty will be to offer exceptional customer service and support, ensuring every interaction with our customers is positive and effective. You will handle various customer inquiries, from product details and order statuses to troubleshooting and resolving issues. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally. Provide precise information regarding products, services, order statuses, and policies. Issue Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Handle complaints, process returns and exchanges, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with our product range and services. Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products, services, and customer support processes. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for our e-commerce platform and assist customers with navigating the website, using online tools, and troubleshooting common issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our customer service database. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and empathetically
