Your Missions:
Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers via email or phone to provide information about products in the after-sales process
Follow up on orders and complaints
Upselling is a plus
We are looking for:
European passport, European identity card, or work permit for Portugal. Without one of these documents, we cannot assist you in your job search as they are essential for establishing a work contract.
Native or proficient in French (C2)
Proficient in English (B2)
Previous experience in customer service
Demonstrates patience in communication while resolving issues
Treats personal data and information confidentially
Proactive, results-oriented, motivated, and capable of working in a team
