Job Overview:
We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the web services industry. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to French-speaking clients, assisting with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. The role requires fluency in French and a good command of English (B2 level). Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide professional and timely support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and helpful customer experience.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services to offer accurate and reliable information to customers.Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders, ensuring smooth processing.Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical assistance to customers related to web services. Training will be provided as needed.Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to help improve the products, services, and processes. Requirements:
Fluent in French: Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken French.B2 English Proficiency: A good level of English is required for internal communication and documentation.Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required; we are happy to train the right candidate.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach.Local Candidate: Only candidates residing within 30 km of Porto will be considered.
