About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance across various channels.
Whether it's answering questions about subscriptions, resolving billing issues, or troubleshooting technical problems, your goal will be to offer personalized solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Handle incoming calls from customers, offering guidance and support with a friendly and professional approach.
Problem-Solving: Provide effective solutions tailored to each customer's needs, whether it's a subscription query, billing concern, or technical issue.
Customer Experience: Embrace the company culture and work collaboratively with your colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For: Language Proficiency: Native or strong C2 level in French is essential.
No Experience Needed: We value your communication skills and your drive to learn; no prior experience is required.
Legal Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid EU ID or residence card.
Working Conditions: Location: This is an on-site position based in our Porto office.
Schedule: You'll work on rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 7 pm.
Start Date: We're looking for candidates who can start in December.
