French Speaking Customer Advisor

This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the coastal city of PORTO in the northwest of Portugal. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you!You will represent a leading company in Cloud Accounting online software for small businesses, that provides invoicing, bookkeeping, and billing all in one place. As a French speaking customer service advisor, you would take inbound calls from business clients and your task is to provide advice to your customers on how they can best use the software. You will also assist with technical troubleshooting and ensure issues will be solved in a timely manner.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleExperience in the hospitality/travel industry desiredAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and developThe interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
