French-Speaking Customer Advisor - Aveiro/Braga

Your responsibilities:

Welcome customers in incoming calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Provide accurate product information and close sales over the phone.

Assist customers in resolving delivery issues and check stock availability.

Support customers in managing accounts and resolving technical problems.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Desired profile:

Fluency in French, both written and spoken.

Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy.

Comfortable with phone calls, writing emails, and using social media.

Ability to work in a team and take on challenges.
