French Speaking Client Support Advisor

Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the capital of Portugal? We are looking for fluent FRENCH speakers with good command of English who would like to work in an international environment. 


This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. This sea-side city has lots to offer from the beautiful old parts to new and modern architecture. If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!


The role itself will be for one of the leading global tech companies where you will be dealing with online marketing and advertising campaigns for clients in the French speaking market. Providing pre and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility.


We are looking for candidates who have:


- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French


- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)


- Flexible


- Willingness to learn


Selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus of Euro 2000 is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Besides this, there will be temporary accommodation available on arrival and further assistance given with finding permanent accommodation.
