Office-based position in Lisbon Oriente!
No experience required, comprehensive training provided!
Shift Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7:00 – 19:00) - 40 hours/week, including Public Holidays (Sunday + 1 rotating day off)

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will:

Handle customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
Offer the most appropriate information and solutions aligned with customer queries
Ensure timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
Document interactions and track cases to resolution

Competitive salary and benefits package (including meal allowance):

895€ gross/month x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross/month x 12 months ) - basic salary
Up to 100€ gross/month performance bonus
Meal allowance: 7.23€ NET/day on a voucher card (approx. 145€ NET/month)
20€/month transport allowance

Fluent in French (C2 -native)
Communicative English skills (minimum B2 level)
Resident of mainland Portugal
Customer-oriented with a passion for interacting with people

EU citizenship or residence permit in Portugal required
