Job Description: Come and work with us. We are looking for a talented and accomplished French Learning Specialist to join our team to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing, updating and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with Foundever's core values.
As a Learning Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Creates learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel in their work environments through expert classroom instruction, on-floor mentoring and one-to-one skills coaching. Modifies and presents training programs for representatives/agents. Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance. Recommends changes to training programs. Conducts training programs for representatives/agents and first-line supervisors on new products/services, selling skills and/or system changes. Participates in identifying program needs, obtaining technical data and scheduling programs. Maintains training records.Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining agent performance. Recommends changes to training programs. To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
Native or proficient level of French (mandatory)Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and writtenStrong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills. Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office). Organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage challenging trainees and customers while remaining in control. Good judgment and ability to express thoughts clearly and simply. Ability to work a flexible schedule.Ability in designing, developing and delivering training materialAbility to carrying out Training Needs AnalysisStrong presentation skillsVisual design skills and ability to storyboardProficient level of Power Point, ExcelCritical thinking skillsAbility to learn fast on a jobAvailability to work from our Lisbon Sites (Santos and Sete Rios) - Hybrid ModelSchedules: Monday to Friday - 9h to 18hMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, PortugalEducation and experience. College degree in Education, HR or directly related field (preferable)Experience as Trainer/Learning Specialist in BPOAt least 2 years of customer service or technical support experience coaching and mentoring other associates, preferably in a complex, fast-paced contact center environment.
