Our client is a renowned company located in Lisbon.Tasks:Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email, and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers.Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues.Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.Location: LisbonSchedule: Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 9 pm - Rotating hours and days offRequisitos:Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French (C1/C2).Good understanding of English (B2).Previous experience in Customer Service is valued.Good computer and internet skills.Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and customer-oriented.Flexibility and resilience.Condições:Employment contract.Initial and continuous training.Prospects for career advancement.Excellent multicultural work environment.Close to station - very good access by metro, train, and bus.Ticket flight refund after 6 months + accommodation during 1 month for people living abroad.
