Requisitos: Profile:- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in French;- Level B2 in English;- Previous experience in Customer Service is valued;- Good computer and internet skills;- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented;- Flexibility and resilience.
