As a Content Moderator, you will be on the front lines of safeguarding social media platforms, monitoring user-generated content, and enforcing community guidelines.
Your fluency in German, Italian, or French will be essential in understanding and moderating content from diverse language backgrounds.

Responsibilities Evaluate Content : Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal regulations.
Enforce Guidelines : Implement policies consistently, balancing community standards with free expression.
Respond to Reports : Address user reports of inappropriate content and take appropriate action swiftly.
Document Activities : Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and resolutions.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with international moderation teams and contribute to developing best practices.
Qualifications Fluency in French , on a C2 Level and English (B2 or higher).
Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with their policies.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
