Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate and helpful information.
Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our support processes by sharing customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems.
Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and convey solutions clearly.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
