French Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Remote Schedule: Rotative 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 9 pm
Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week
Salary & Benefits: Base Salary: 895 EUR per month (paid over 14 months)KPI Bonus: 100 EUR per month (paid over 12 months)Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net)Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per monthHealth Insurance: Provided after 6 months of employment Relocation Package: Not available. Candidates must already reside in Portugal.
Job Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for viewers, representing the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.Assist customers through various channels: phone, chat, and email.Provide support for account issues, application use, and technical troubleshooting.Offer real-time assistance regarding software functionality, system configurations, and network settings.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service is a plus.Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
