French Customer Service, Lisbon, Portugal Cross Border Talents is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, supporting a leading company in Website Solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, tech support, or similar fields who are passionate about helping customers and solving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer support in French across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).Assist customers with inquiries related to website solutions, account management, and technical troubleshooting.Resolve customer issues related to website performance, content management, and other technical aspects.Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism during all interactions.Document customer interactions and escalate complex technical issues when necessary. Requirements: Fluency in French (written and spoken).Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
