Exciting Opportunity Alert! Bounjour, Lisbon! Are you ready to spice up your career with a dash of French flair? We're on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Consultant with sales superpowers and a flawless command of English to join our fantastic team.

Your mission:
You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.
Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
Advising customers on all services and offers.

Requirements:
Native or fluent French and English (mandatory).
Good communication skills.
Contact center environment experience.
Sales experience. What we offer you:
Direct and permanent contract with the client.
Base salary + Meal Allowance.
Italian monthly bonus + English monthly bonus (cumulative).

Hybrid or 100% remote!

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 9pm).
