Responsibilities Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries.
Requirements Have a native level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and customer-oriented Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices Be eligible to work in Portugal by either having an EU passport or a valid work permit to work legally in the country.

We promote inter-company mobility to work at any of our sites around the world Workplace: Work From Home (for people already based in Portugal) Base Salary: 895€ gross per month per 14 months Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year.
Transport allowance - 20 euros per month Meal allowance - 7.23 euros per working day Accommodation is provided by the company for 280 euros per month (bills included).
