What You'll Do: Be the Voice: Answer incoming calls from our amazing customers, guiding them through their questions about subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting.Create Smiles: Provide personalized solutions with a smile, making every interaction enjoyable and memorable!Embody the Culture: Dive into the Bouygues Telecom spirit and share it with your colleagues every day. let's create a fun work environment together! What Were Looking For: Language Skills: French Native or Strong C2 proficiency your language skills are your superpower!Positive Attitude: No previous experience needed, just a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn!Location, Location, Location: You must be living in Porto or within 30 km because this role is all about the on-site experience!
