About our Client:
As a customer service advisor for a major international furniture brand, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key ambassador for the brand. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity.
The Offer:
Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers during incoming calls.Provide product information and attempt to close sales over the phone.Help customers resolve delivery issues, including tracking shipments, addressing delivery problems, and verifying stock availability.Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance with account management and software features.Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Requirements:
Proficiency in written and spoken French;Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills.Comfortable with phone calls, writing emails, and using social media.Strong team spirit.
