French Collections Representative (M/F)

Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, French and English Speaking candidates for a role of French Collections Representative in Oeiras.
Funções Key Areas of Responsibility:
-Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts;
-Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non_payment;
-Issue payment commitment letters;
-Issue credit hold notifications;
-Coordinate customer credit changes;
-Process small claims court complaints;
-Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status. Requisitos Key skills:
-Minimum of completed High School;
-Collections experience (preferable);
-Good written and verbal communication skills;
-High language skills: French native and English B2;
-Excellent customer service skills. Oferta We offer:
