French Collections Representative - Lisbon

We are looking for a French Collections Representative!

RESPONSABILITIES:
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment
Issue payment commitment letters
Coordinate customer credit changes
Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

KEY SKILLS:
French Fluent + English B2
Customer Service experience
Good written and verbal communication skills

OFFER:
Direct contract with the client
Base salary: 1200€
Meal Allowance + Health Insurance
Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
Hybrid (2 days per week at the office)
