Job Description:
What you´ll do:
Implementing invoice processing procedures
Tracking, reviewing and approving invoices within the deadline
Supporting international Operation and Finance department
Customer Service

What you´ll need:
High School (higher education level will be valued)
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Financial and/or freight forwarding background can be an advantage
Interested in learning our systems and processes
Be multi-tasking, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Quality and efficiency driven
Have strong teamwork and organizational skill
Customer-service mindset
Intermediate PC user, familiar with MS Office suite and Outlook
Able to work full time: 08.30 - 17.30
