Your responsibilities: You are in direct contact with our customers and consult them on the phone or via emailYou give the best advice in regards to the customer's fashion and style preferencesYou build up a strong customer relationshipYou put together perfectly curated outfits for every customer, using your knowledge and great sense for fashionYou are responsible for an excellent customer serviceYou will always track your sales KPIsYour profile:You have an expert knowledge or work experience in Sales, ideally in men's fashionYou enjoy consulting your customers in an excellent way and making them well-dressedYou are communicative and customer orientedYou are very organized and enjoy working independentlyYou are comfortable working with a computer on a daily basisYou speak English close to native level and have basic German SkillsWe offer:Flexible Working - Flexible working hours in the home office or in the office, you decide!
