Based in bustling Dallas, Texas, we operate across the globe, with strategically positioned teams throughout Europe.We are looking for Freelance Recruiters who will help us with growing an awesome Ascendix team.We would love to start cooperating if you have:3+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment agenciesSkills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)Understanding of IT domain specifics and European job markets (especially in Portugal)Experience in communication with foreign clientsAdvanced level of written and conversational EnglishGood command of PortuguesePersonal qualities:A self-driven person who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking modeExcellent communicator with good presentation skills, and a positive and result-oriented attitude
