We are looking for Freelance Recruiters who will help us with growing an awesome Asscendix team.
We would love to start cooperating if you have: 3+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment agencies Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus) Understanding of IT domain specifics and European job markets (especially in Portugal) Experience in communication with foreign clients Advanced level of written and conversational English Good command of Portuguese Personal qualities: A self-driven person who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking mode Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, and a positive and result-oriented attitude
